Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Help prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
5. Participate in new employee orientations.
