About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in the creation and optimization of job descriptions and job postings.
2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
3. Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings of resumes to identify top talent.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Manage and update candidate information in the ATS to ensure proper tracking and consistency throughout the hiring process.
6. Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks as needed.
7. Help in the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
