About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Post internships and job openings on platforms like Internshala, etc
2. Screen incoming resumes and conduct initial screening calls with shortlisted candidates
3. Explain the company profile clearly — a high-pressure, fast-paced startup environment with a basic office setup (not a corporate aesthetic)
4. Conduct and supervise assessments for shortlisted candidates and Schedule interviews with domain-specific team members and executives
5. Arrange final interview rounds with the founder or co-founder
6. Share offer letters and complete onboarding formalities for selected candidates
7. Handle documentation, maintain follow-ups, and ensure a smooth candidate joining
8. Maintain organized records of candidate data, assessments, interviews, and hiring status
9. Approach colleges and institutions to coordinate placement drives and internship tie-ups
10. Maintain general office administrative tasks apart from HR work
11. Manage attendance tracking, monthly salary calculations, and basic payroll records
12. Assist in preparing and structuring the initial team for our startup
13. Ensure all HR and operations-related work is executed in a systematic and professional manner.
