About the Internship
Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:1)Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
2)Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3)Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
4)Assist in conducting reference checks and preparing offer letters.
5)Support onboarding activities for new hires.
