About the Internship
Join our dynamic HR team and gain hands-on experience across two key HR functions: Talent acquisition (TA) and HR operations (Ops). This internship offers a great opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow in a professional environment while supporting impactful HR initiatives.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Talent Acquisition (TA):
1. Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and career platforms
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
4. Communicate with candidates regarding application status and feedback
5. Support onboarding activities for new hires
B. HR Operations (Ops):
1. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
2. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
3. Support & handle basic employee queries
4. Help organize employee engagement events and activities
5. Provide general administrative support to the HR team
6. Research HR best practices and trends
7. Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations
8. Collaborate on HR projects and process improvement initiatives
