About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and job fit based on role requirements.
2. Maintain and update candidate databases in Excel or ATS systems, ensuring accurate and organized recruitment records.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
4. Assist in planning and organizing employee events, training sessions, and workshops.
5. Help gather data and generate HR reports, track metrics, and provide insights.
