Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Understand client hiring requirements
2. Source candidates using job portals & social media (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
4. Coordinate interview schedules with clients
5. Maintain candidate databases and daily activity reports
6. Learn and support the end-to-end recruitment process
