About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Address and resolve client queries about our recruitment and interview as a service offering, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
2. Develop a solid understanding of IT job functions, technical stacks, and industry-specific requirements to facilitate seamless recruitment processes.
3. Assist in onboarding freelance interviewers by managing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth start to their engagement.
4. Coordinate schedules, manage communication, and ensure quality service delivery to support the operational execution of our Interview as a Service model.
5. Contribute to improving HR operations by identifying process gaps and suggesting practical solutions to enhance efficiency.
