About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking events etc.
2. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with candidates.
3. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
4. Database Management: Maintain and update the candidates database and track recruitment metrics.
