About the Internship
This isn’t a regular HR internship. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team that builds real systems, supports real people, and helps the company grow - from managing cohorts to simplifying operations. Over 6 months, you’ll learn and execute everything that makes an HR backbone strong - recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, communication, documentation, and automation. You’ll also play a major role in our cohorts (training & internship programs) that run every quarter.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
A. General HR Operations:
1. Maintain attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and payroll sheets.
2. Handle internal communication and resolve employee queries.
3. Prepare and update SOPs, company processes, and HR documentation.
4. Assist in compliance, data updates, and file management.
B. Recruitment & Onboarding:
1. Manage hiring for interns and full-time positions.
2. Handle job posting, screening, coordination, and joining processes.
3. Set up structured candidate communication and interview flow.
C. Cohort & Internship Management:
1. Support in planning and executing company cohorts (training programs).
2. Ensure all selected candidates are onboarded, tracked, and fulfilled.
3. Handle logistics, communication, and coordination during cohort periods.
