About the Internship
As a HR Consultant intern at CloudTrains Global, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, team management, and collaboration. Your role will be crucial in supporting the HR department in various projects and initiatives.1. Assist in recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Manage and coordinate team activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking progress on projects.
3. Support in onboarding new employees by ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and conducting orientation sessions.
4. Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment on HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
5. Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees on various HR topics.
6. Help in maintaining accurate employee records and databases.
7. Participate in HR meetings and provide input on strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
