About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Designing and assisting in the recruitment process for each department.
2. Conducting job analysis for each profile and developing respective employment assessment techniques.
3. Assisting in designing and developing new assessment measures for behavioral testing.
4. Making independent decisions regarding the processes and tools to be used.
5. Analyzing results and creating summaries based on the analysis.
6. Suggesting alternative techniques for employment strategies to management.
7. Managing relationships with colleges and institutions.
