About the Internship
As a Hotel Management Operations intern at Pixie stays, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of hospitality. Your role will involve working closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel and provide exceptional guest experiences.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle guest communication across platforms like Airbnb, other OTAs, WhatsApp, and calls – from check-in to check out
2. Respond to all guest messages promptly and professionally to ensure a seamless experience
3. Coordinate with housekeepers to ensure all apartments are clean, stocked, and ready
4. Manage and resolve any apartment-related issues quickly and efficiently
5. Monitor and update pricing, availability, and inventory across booking platforms
6. Take daily photos and videos of the apartments to maintain standards and marketing content
7. Ensure linens, toiletries, and other essentials are arranged and restocked
8. Collect and manage guest reviews and feedback to improve reputation and ratings
9. Share daily reports via WhatsApp to management
10. Attend all team meetings on time (virtual or in-person)
