About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. • Assist with business setup: licenses, compliance, location selection
2. • Onboard and manage suppliers, vendors, and kitchen equipment
3. • Help recruit and train staff (chefs, helpers, delivery partners)
4. • Draft and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
5. • Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control
6. • Help design menus and manage pricing with chef/founder
7. • Coordinate soft launch and initial customer feedback cycles
8. • Use tools like Excel, Notion, Google Drive, or POS systems
