About the Internship
Are you a communication whiz with a passion for finding the perfect candidate? Ramyoz is looking for a 'Hiring & Sourcing Intern' to join our dynamic team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our hiring managers to source, interview, and onboard top talent for our company.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
2. Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable profiles
3. Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess skills, experience, and interest
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
5. Maintain and update candidate data in ATS and Google Sheets
