About the Internship
As a guest engagement and social media intern at Live Free Hostels, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in social media marketing, photography, and hospitality.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract guests and increase brand awareness.
2. Respond to guest inquiries and reviews on various platforms to ensure a positive guest experience.
3. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive bookings and increase occupancy rates.
4. Capture high-quality photos of the hostel facilities and events to use for social media and marketing purposes.
5. Interact with guests in person to promote hostel activities and events, enhancing their overall experience.
6. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for engaging guests and growing the hostel's online presence.
7. Assist in maintaining a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests, ensuring they have a memorable stay at Live Free Hostels.
