About the Internship
Are you excited to experience the real hustle of building and scaling a fast-growing AI-powered startup? At SkillsCapital, we're hiring a Founder’s Office Intern who will work directly with the founder and get hands-on exposure across sales, marketing, business development, and operations. This is not a typical internship—you’ll be involved in real execution, client interactions, and growth activities, seeing firsthand how a high-growth startup scales from 1→10 and 10→100. In our very first year, we've achieved strong product-market fit with global clients, delivered talent across the U.S., U.K., Europe, and the Middle East, built a profitable business with zero external funding, are on track to cross a $2M+ run rate next quarter, and have successfully scaled from 0→1 and 1→10, now accelerating toward 10→100. Our leadership team includes alumni from Wharton, IIT Delhi, BITS Pilani, IIIT Hyderabad, London Business School, and seasoned professionals from IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Trilogy, and ESW Capital.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support sales and business development activities – lead research, outreach, and follow-ups
2. Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and sales materials
3. Coordinate and execute marketing activities like social media posts, email campaigns, and outreach
4. Work on day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives
5. Manage trackers for leads, tasks, and ongoing initiatives, ensuring timelines are met
6. Take ownership of small projects and drive them to completion end-to-end
7. Work closely with the founder to learn how high-impact decisions are made in a fast-paced startup environment
