About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities in residential, commercial, institutional, and landscape sectors.
2. Building partnerships with builders, developers, contractors, corporates, and NRIs.
3. Developing referral networks with brokers, vendors, and consultants.
4. Using sales techniques (networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, presentations) to bring in business.
5. Tracking leads and opportunities using Excel/CRM for full visibility.
6. Representing Bbriti Studio at industry associations, expos, and community events.
7. Collaborating with the design team to prepare compelling proposals and presentations.
8. Exploring new business channels (platforms, influencers, content collaborations) to generate leads.
