About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Social Media & Content Creation
1. Develop and manage engaging content for Capabl’s social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Plan and execute viral and trend-driven campaigns, reels, and short-form videos.
3. Monitor content performance metrics and optimize based on audience engagement and insights.
B. Campaign & Community Marketing
1. Strategize marketing initiatives to increase student participation in Capabl’s workshops and programs.
2. Collaborate with college ambassadors, student clubs, and utilize campus events to enhance brand presence.
3. Organize and manage interactive campaigns such as contests, referral programs, and gamified activities.
4. Contribute creative outreach ideas to strengthen visibility and engagement within the student community.
