About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities may include:A. Social Media & Content
1. Assist in planning, shooting, and posting reels.
2. Write captions, manage Instagram page, brainstorm content ideas.
3. Help in influencer reach-outs + trend spotting.
B. Marketing & Growth
1. Support in executing marketing campaigns.
2. Assist in brand collaborations & events.
C. Operations & Backend
Organize and update data, research new tools/vendors.
Assist in backend tasks for the OSERA app (uploading, tracking, reporting).
Coordinate with the in-store team for daily tasks.
D. Team Support
1. Sit in on discussions, throw ideas, and help execute them.
2. Basically be an all-rounder — social + marketing + backend + ops.
