About the Internship
Key Responsibilities:A. Visual Strategy and Concept Development:
1. Partner with project leads to transform marketing and retention strategies into clear visual concepts and robust design systems.
2. Deeply understand client business goals and end-consumer psychology to create high-performing creatives that persuade,.
3. Define and execute the visual direction for Propel's clients.
B. Multi-channel Creative Execution:
1. Design high-performing creatives specifically for multiple marketing channels, including Email, Banners, Push Notifications, In-app messages, and WhatsApp,.
2. Adapt visual concepts across various formats, screen sizes, and modes while ensuring clarity, performance, and brand consistency.
3. Translate consumer understanding into practical designs that perform effectively, rather than designs that impress.
C. AI-led Design, Innovation, and Upskilling:
1. Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, variation creation, and production without sacrificing quality, taste, craft, or storytelling.
2. Continuously upskill on the latest design technologies and AI workflows.
3. Experiment with new methods to link design and technology, helping to define the "Propel way" of AI-powered graphic design.
4. Pioneer a new methodology for marketing design within an AI-first world.
D. Stakeholder and Client Collaboration:
1. Work closely with a variety of internal teams (including strategy, copy, tech, and analytics) and external client stakeholders to build cohesive campaigns.
2. Participate in client discussions when necessary to gain first-hand context and present design directions.
3. Iterate on designs based on performance data, qualitative feedback, and structured experimentation results.
E. Systems, Templates, and Scale:
1. Build reusable templates, components, and design libraries to maintain and scale design quality across multiple clients and campaigns.
2. Maintain organized design files and detailed documentation to ensure collaboration is fast and frictionless.
