We’re looking for Graphic Design professionals who are passionate about aesthetics, communication, and technology. This is your opportunity to shape how AI understands and applies design principles — all while working remotely, on your schedule, and earning competitive compensation.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.  Craft real-world prompts to train AI models in graphic design thinking, visual problem-solving, and creativity.
2.  Evaluate AI-generated outputs — reviewing visual responses, identifying strengths/weaknesses, and ensuring high-quality design standards.
3.  Provide expert feedback using your knowledge in layout, color, typography, branding, and visual communication.
4.  Contribute to multiple design-focused projects depending on your experience (e.g., UI/UX, motion graphics, digital media, etc.).

What You Bring

1. Bachelor’s degree (or active enrollment) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX, or a related design field.
2. Strong foundational understanding of design principles, theory, and digital applications.
3. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills — able to assess and articulate both technical and aesthetic quality.
4. Strong written communication — capable of explaining creative decisions in clear, professional language.
5. High attention to detail — especially in reviewing and critiquing visual outputs.

Nice to Have

1. Experience in graphic design, branding, digital content, UI/UX, or motion graphics.
2. Prior writing/editing work (e.g., content strategy, copywriting, technical writing).
3. Familiarity or interest in AI tools, machine learning, or creative tech platforms.

Compensation & Work Structure

1. Rate: Up to $40/hour USD, based on experience.
2. Bonuses: Additional earnings available based on project success.
3. Type: Freelance (1099) — not an internship or full-time employment.
4. Payouts: Weekly, via secure platform.
5. Work Hours: Fully flexible — you choose when and how much to contribute.
6. Location: Remote, from one of the supported countries.
