About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Design Support
Assist in creating social media graphics, posters, banners, and other marketing materials.
Support senior designers with ongoing client and internal design projects.
2. Content Preparation
Edit and retouch images to ensure brand consistency.
Prepare layouts and drafts for approval before finalizing designs.
3. Collaboration
Work with the marketing team to design creatives for campaigns.
Brainstorm and share fresh design ideas during team discussions.
4. Brand Consistency
Follow brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
Ensure designs align with the company’s tone, style, and message.
5. Research & Inspiration
Stay updated with current design trends, color schemes, and typography styles.
Gather inspiration and references for upcoming projects.
6. File & Asset Management
Organize design files and maintain an accessible asset library.
Deliver final design files in required formats for digital or print use.
7. Learning & Growth
Explore new design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, etc.).
Take feedback from seniors positively and improve design skills daily.
