About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Create fresh, scroll-stopping content every day including static posts, GIFs, memes, transitions, and fast edits that match our brand aesthetic and help posts go viral organically.
2. Work closely with the performance marketer and social media head to align every visual, caption, and post with current campaigns and brand goals.
3. Maintain the brand vibe by ensuring every post looks premium, minimal, and fashion-forward in line with SNEAKOUT’s visual identity.
4. Brainstorm and execute ideas that can go viral, using trends, edits, or cultural hooks to grow followers organically.
5. Develop short video edits and reels using existing content, influencer clips, and product footage to create visually clean and music-synced posts.
6. Collaborate daily with the graphic designer to translate ideas into polished visuals while maintaining creative speed and brand consistency.
7. Stay updated with global fashion trends, streetwear visuals, and music culture, especially techno and event scenes, to keep the brand energy relevant and edgy.
8. Prepare story assets, motion elements, and moodboard drafts for upcoming campaigns, product drops, and feature launches.
9. Track post performance and insights weekly to understand what works and suggest creative improvements.
10. Take ownership of the vibe by proactively suggesting new ideas and creative directions instead of waiting for tasks.
