About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Designing social media creatives for Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms, and understanding how visual content supports reach and engagement.
2. Creating posters, banners, menus, flyers, and basic marketing creatives used in real-world startup operations.
3. Developing visual assets for One Foundation and Beta Cafe campaigns, while learning how design aligns with brand storytelling.
4. Maintaining visual consistency across all brand creatives and gradually understanding brand building in early-stage startups.
5. Designing creatives for events, community initiatives, and on-ground activities, with exposure to how campaigns are executed offline and online.
6. Working closely with the core team to understand design requirements, participate in creative discussions, and deliver creatives on time.
7. Supporting basic documentation, captions, or blog visuals wherever interested, to gain exposure beyond design (purely learning-driven).
