About the Internship
About the role:We are looking for a highly creative designer & social media manager who can blend exceptional design skills with a deep understanding of social media trends, branding, and audience engagement. This role is perfect for someone who not only designs visually compelling content but also knows how to strategically position it across platforms to maximize reach and impact.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Design & branding:
1. Create eye-catching graphics, creatives, reels, carousels, infographics, and short-form videos aligned with brand identity.
2. Develop visually consistent branding for websites, presentations, campaigns, and social media platforms.
3. Stay updated with design trends, typography, and visual storytelling.
B. Social media strategy & execution:
1. Manage and grow the brand’s presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, etc.).
2. Develop and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns.
3. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimize strategies.
4. Write engaging and platform-appropriate captions, hashtags, and CTAs.
C. Analytics & optimization:
2. Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, etc.).
3. Suggest improvements based on data insights to drive growth and engagement.
