About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
2. Ability to create visually appealing, well-balanced, and brand-aligned designs
3. Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
4. Familiarity with Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, or similar tools
5. Basic animation/video editing knowledge is a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut)
6. s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
7. Knowledge of post formats (carousels, reels thumbnails, stories, YouTube banners)
8. Awareness of platform-specific dimensions and visual trends
9. Strong visual ideation and conceptualization skills
10. Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into attractive designs
11. Willingness to experiment with new design styles and formats
12. Organizing files systematically (layered PSDs, editable formats, naming conventions)
13. Delivering outputs in the right formats, sizes, and resolutions (JPG, PNG, SVG, MP4, PDF)
14. Ability to understand feedback and revise designs accordingly
15. Team player—comfortable working with content writers, video editors, and marketers
16. Clear communication for explaining design ideas and creative decisions
17. Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency
18. Understanding of target audience and how to design accordingly (e.g., kids, parents, students)
19. Ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask across projects
20. Self-disciplined and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
21. Precision in alignment, spacing, color usage, and font selection
22. High-quality output with minimal errors and thoughtful finishing
