About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in Design Creation: Support the design team in creating visuals for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and presentations.
2. Work on Branding Materials: Help design logos, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other print/digital assets.
3. Edit & Retouch Images: Perform basic photo editing, resizing, and retouching to fit campaign or platform requirements.
4. Follow Brand Guidelines: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s style, colors, fonts, and branding rules.
5. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring design ideas to life.
6. Brainstorming & Ideation: Participate in creative discussions and contribute fresh design ideas.
7. File Management: Organize design files, maintain version control, and prepare assets for final delivery.
8. Learning & Skill Development: Explore new tools, techniques, and design trends under the guidance of senior designers.
9. Feedback Implementation: Revise and improve designs based on feedback from supervisors and clients.
10. Assist in Campaigns: Support in preparing creatives for live campaigns, emailers, and website updates.
11. Basic Video Editing: Create simple video edits, motion graphics, or reels for social media and marketing campaigns (using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva video).
