Per4mance Guru is a results-driven agency committed to delivering visually compelling campaigns. We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our growing in-office team and contribute directly to both agency and client projects.

The Role:
We are seeking a versatile Graphic Design Intern who is passionate about digital design and eager to gain real-world agency experience. You will work closely with our Content and Marketing teams, turning strategic ideas into high-impact visual assets. This internship is designed to build your professional portfolio and expand your skills beyond the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Design: Design and produce a variety of graphics for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for both our agency and our clients, ensuring all visuals are optimized for each channel.

Visual Storytelling: Create custom charts, diagrams, and infographics to support the CXOs' written content, helping to visualize complex data and concepts.

Branding Support: Assist in designing and preparing professional marketing collateral, presentations, and internal design documents, ensuring brand consistency.

Asset Preparation: Prepare final, polished artwork files and assist with the organization and management of design asset libraries.

Tool Utilization: Efficiently use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to execute daily design tasks.

Who You Are:

A current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign a plus).
Possess a strong foundational understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color theory).

Highly detail-oriented, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Able to take direction and feedback constructively and translate it into effective design solutions.
Eager to work in a fast-paced, collaborative in-office environment.
