About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Activate and manage Womenite’s Google Ad Grants account.
2. Develop and execute targeted search campaigns to raise awareness of Womenite’s programs and volunteer opportunities.
3. Integrate Google Ads with the Womenite website via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
4. Monitor campaign performance and optimize keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize click-through and conversion rates.
5. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports—highlighting key metrics (impressions, clicks, cost per click, conversions, volunteer sign-ups).
6. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing page assets.
7. Ensure ongoing compliance with Google Ad Grants policies and best practices (e.g., maintaining ≥5% CTR, structuring multiple campaigns and ad groups).
