About the Internship
As a founder’s office intern, you will be working directly with the founder across strategy, operations, research, and execution. This is not a routine internship—it’s a front-row seat to how a startup is built and scaled. You will touch multiple functions, solve real problems, and learn how decisions are made at the highest level.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Operations & coordination
1. Help coordinate across teams (product, marketing, sales, and tech) to ensure smooth execution.
2. Manage special projects from concept to delivery.
3. Handle priority tasks that require quick turnaround and accuracy.
B. Product & customer experience
1. Participate in product discussions, testing, and feedback loops.
2. Map customer journeys and identify process improvements.
3. Assist in creating onboarding guides, support workflows, and feedback systems.
C. Communication & documentation
1. Draft and edit presentations, reports, and internal notes.
2. Maintain records of meetings, project updates, and action items.
3. Help prepare external communication for clients, partners, and investors.
