About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters to raise awareness and secure contributions for Mission HOPP’s initiatives.
2. Clearly and confidently communicate the mission, vision, and impact of the organization during calls.
3. Maintain a call log and update records of conversations and donor feedback accurately.
4. Follow up with interested leads via calls, messages, or emails as needed.
5. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential donors.
6. Achieve weekly/monthly fundraising targets as set by the team lead.
7. Collaborate with the fundraising team to refine scripts and improve outreach strategies.
8. Uphold ethical fundraising practices and represent the organization with professionalism and empathy.
Please Note- This is a target-based internship. The base stipend of ₹5,000 is applicable upon achieving a minimum fundraising target of ₹20,000 during the internship period. If you raise more than ₹20,000, you will receive an additional 10% incentive on the extra amount raised beyond the target.
