Role Overview
We’re looking for a smart, hands-on Full Stack Intern who’s comfortable across the MERN stack (with PostgreSQL) and Python, and has real experience building apps that leverage LLMs (Large Language Models). If you’ve worked with AI agent frameworks (like CrewAI, LangChain, or similar), you’ll fit right in!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build, test, and deploy features across our React (frontend) and Node.js (backend) codebases
2. Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and integration
3. Write Python modules/services for LLM integration, agent workflows, and automation
4. Develop and integrate AI agent pipelines for various HR/assessment use cases
5. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams
What We’re Looking For
1. Strong MERN stack experience: React.js, Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL (not MongoDB)
2. Python proficiency: Ability to write clean, production-ready code
3. LLM/AI agent experience: Demonstrable projects integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Azure, etc.) and/or using frameworks like CrewAI, LangChain, Haystack, etc.
4. Familiarity with REST APIs, version control (Git), and cloud deployment
5. Fast learner, problem-solver, and self-starter
6. Bonus: Experience with AWS, FastAPI
