About the Internship
Selected Intern’s Day-to-Day Responsibilities:1. Thoroughly review project requirements and study designs provided by the designer or reference websites.
2. Plan database structures, backend functions/controllers, and frontend component architecture effectively.
3. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.
4. Maintain presence during working hours and attend all mandatory meetings on time.
Important Guidelines:
1. A minimum of 8 working hours per day is mandatory.
2. At least 6 hours of coding per day is required. A minimum of 3 hours of availability during the day (10 AM – 7 PM) is compulsory; the remaining hours can be completed in the evening or night as per your preference, but total working hours must be fulfilled.
3. All work will be carried out on our internal coding platform, where every activity is automatically recorded.
4. We maintain a transparent tracking system — all team members can see each other’s progress and work history. Every action, including typing a single space and saving, is recorded with a timestamp.
5. Regular code reviews are conducted to evaluate quality and performance, ensuring that incentives are awarded based on actual contributions, in addition to the fixed stipend.

If you are truly skilled and capable of completing tasks faster with high quality, we will assign projects based on your abilities and potential. Incentives and increments will be performance-driven and linked directly to your output and efficiency. However, minimum working hours will remain fixed regardless of speed.
