Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Developing responsive web applications using React.js for the front end
2. Building and maintaining back-end APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js
3. Integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services into the application
4. Managing and querying databases (MongoDB/MySQL)
5. Debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance
6. Collaborating with designers to ensure smooth UI/UX implementation
7. Using Git/GitHub for version control and code reviews
8. Deploying applications to platforms like AWS, Vercel
