Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (Angular + Node.js + MongoDB + Azure)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Angular for frontend development, Node.js for backend services, and MongoDB as the primary database. The product is deployed on Microsoft Azure, so hands-on experience with Azure services is a must.
You’ll play a key role in building scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions that serve our fast-growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
Take ownership of both frontend and backend architecture, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
Drive continuous improvement in the development process and product quality.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.

Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
Strong expertise in Angular (v12+), including RxJS, component lifecycle, routing, and state management.
Proven experience with Node.js (Express or NestJS preferred).
Deep understanding of MongoDB and hands-on experience designing and optimizing data models.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security practices.
Experience with Azure cloud services such as App Services, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, or equivalent.
Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and containerization concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Should have been worked in financial domain.

Nice to Have:
Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ).
Experience in performance monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
Knowledge of microservices and serverless architectures.
