About the Internship
As a Mobile Frontend Developer Intern, you will work directly with the founder to develop and polish a React Native (Expo) app UI to a production-grade level. You'll be working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment using a modern mobile stack.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working closely with the founder to enhance the mobile app UI using React Native, Expo Router, and NativeWind (Tailwind for mobile).
2. Translating design ideas and product concepts into responsive, polished, and accessible mobile UI components.
3. Managing app state and API data with Zustand and TanStack Query v5.
4. Implementing secure, persistent storage using AsyncStorage and Expo Secure Store.
5. Applying UI/UX best practices including theming, responsive layout, animations, accessibility, and performance tuning.
6. Testing and debugging across Android and iOS devices to ensure consistent user experience.
7. Participating in daily/weekly sync-ups to track progress, share feedback, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
This internship offers real ownership over a mobile app interface and a chance to work directly with a solo founder using a modern mobile dev stack.
