Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Building and maintaining scalable, well-tested backend services and APIs (REST).
2. Implementing business logic, data models, and reliable async/background jobs.
3. Collaborating with front-end engineers to define API contracts and ship features end-to-end.
4. Improving performance, observability, and deployment automation.
5. Working independently in a remote setup and participating in code reviews.
