About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work directly with the Founders to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic initiatives across departments.
2. Assist in team management by tracking progress, aligning priorities, and ensuring timely completion of key deliverables.
3. Support internal communication between teams to maintain transparency and workflow efficiency.
4. Participate in business meetings, brainstorming sessions, and weekly reviews to translate ideas into actionable tasks.
5. Help the Founders in research, analysis, and documentation of ongoing projects, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
6. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between departments such as marketing, product, and operations.
7. Maintain project dashboards, task trackers, and performance metrics for leadership reporting.
8. Contribute to building internal systems and processes that improve team productivity and operational efficiency.
9. Take ownership of special projects or ad-hoc initiatives assigned by the Founders.
10. Represent the Founder’s Office in daily operations with professionalism, discretion, and a problem-solving mindset.
