About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Collaborate with the Executive Team on high-growth strategic and operational initiatives across programs, fundraising, and community outreach.
2. Lead and support cross-functional projects in areas such as volunteer coordination, donor engagement, event planning, and program delivery.
3. Conduct research and field assessments on community needs, partner organizations, and impact metrics to inform strategic decisions.
4. Coordinate key team meetings, streamline internal processes, and support on-ground execution through documentation, logistics, and interdepartmental collaboration.
