About the Internship
As a Founder's Office Intern, your success will be measured by your ability to be responsible for outcomes, not tasks.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Enable cross-department execution by coordinating priorities across operations, HR, marketing, design, and e-commerce so that projects move forward without delays or repeated follow-ups.
2. Create clarity for decision-making by maintaining accurate dashboards, trackers, and reports that help the founder and teams see progress, risks, and next actions clearly.
3. Support problem-solving and improvement initiatives through research and analysis - whether related to internal processes, potential collaborations, or new opportunities for the brand.
4. Ensure accountability from meetings by documenting discussions, capturing clear action items, and following up until closure.
5. Translate ideas into usable documentation by supporting presentations, briefs, and review decks that align teams and communicate intent clearly.
6. Build a practical understanding of leadership and operations by shadowing the founder and observing how decisions are made, priorities are set, and trade-offs are managed in a growing brand.
7. Reduce friction between teams by proactively coordinating information, timelines, and dependencies wherever operational or administrative support is required.
8. Develop end-to-end business context through a structured cross-functional immersion in the initial phase of the internship, working closely with key departments to understand how individual functions connect before taking on focused ownership.
