About the Internship
We are looking for a highly organized and responsive Communication Assistant to manage the Founder’s communication across WhatsApp, other messaging platforms, and email. You will be responsible for monitoring, replying, and flagging important messages promptly and professionally.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor and manage the Founder's communications across platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, and other messaging applications.
2. Organize and maintain the Founder's email inbox, ensuring timely responses and efficient email management.
3. Draft and send clear, professional replies in English, maintaining the Founder's communication tone and style.
5. Research or browse thru for information on internet and compile same to spreadsheet.
6. Post the given flyers and info on social media (Instance FB, WhatsApp etc) as needed.
7. Maintain a daily summary or log of key communications for the Founder's review.
