About the Internship
This is not a typical internship. It’s a founder’s apprentice + management trainee (MT) program, where you’ll work directly with the founder across multiple business functions. Over time, you’ll scale from intern to department head. Think of it as your Mini-MBA in building a company.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Execute marketing strategy
2. Expand franchise and broker network
3. Manage e-commerce operations and drive business development
4. Oversee warehouse management and logistics
5. Develop content and build PR and branding partnerships
6. Handle investor and stakeholder communications
7. Support the Chief of Staff projects with the founder
