About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:What You’ll Do
A. Reach Out to Founders
1. Find and connect with startup founders and hiring managers on LinkedIn, Reddit, and startup forums.
2. Start conversations that lead to demos, job postings, and partnerships.
3. Personalize every message (no templates, no spam).
B. Learn to Sell by Doing
1. Shadow founder calls to learn objection handling, demo pitching, and how to close.
2. Help founders publish their first job post or activate their Axira AI screening.
3. Track and follow up on all leads systematically.
C. Be the Market Sensor
1. Keep pulse on startup activity—funding news, hiring bursts, and sector trends.
2. Identify which verticals (tech, healthcare, operations) are showing strong hiring momentum.
3. Feed your learnings directly into marketing and product improvements.
D. Contribute to Growth Experiments
1. Test new outreach strategies, landing page copy, and call scripts.
2. Analyze what’s working—your feedback shapes how FAH scales sales.
3. Support founders and candidates with onboarding and communication when needed.
