About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Support research and laboratory workflows, including experiment setup, sterile techniques, media preparation, culture maintenance, sampling, and data documentation.
2. Contribute to the development of plant-based meat alternatives through formulation support, texture and structure optimization, and basic sensory preparation.
3. Assist in precision fermentation research for edible product development, including strain handling, growth monitoring, and process optimization under SOPs.
4. Maintain detailed, organized records while ensuring safety and compliance in lab operations.
5. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional lab teams to achieve research goals.
