About the Internship
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns for Sales and Coordination to join our team. Your primary role will be to acquire clients, assist them in paperwork, coordinate with partners, and ensure smooth documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong sales skills and a passion in finance for customer service.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Actively source and attract potential clients seeking through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
2. Understand clients’ financial needs, recommend suitable products, and guide them through the process.
3. Liaise with partner(broker, MF, banks, etc) to facilitate approvals, negotiate terms, and ensure timely processing.
4. Collect, verify, and prepare all necessary documents required for applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Maintain regular communication with clients and partners to track application status and resolve any issues promptly.
6. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for client acquisition and loan disbursals.
7. Provide exceptional service to build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Stay updated on various products and market trends to offer informed advice to clients.
