About the Internship
Job Title: Intern – Finance | Admin | HRLocation: Gurgaon & Jaipur (Work from Office)
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Stipend: 15000-20000
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Intern to support our Finance, Admin, and HR operations. This role is best suited for candidates from a Commerce background or those pursuing an MBA in HR or Finance. The ideal candidate is not purely focused on accounts but has a foundational understanding of commerce and is interested in handling a mix of operational responsibilities in a growing IT company.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Finance Support
1. Assist with invoices, expense tracking, and vendor payment coordination
2. Help in maintaining finance records and reconciling basic data
B. Admin Assistance
1. Support general office administration (leave management, records keeping, etc.)
2. Maintain internal documentation and filing systems
C. HR Support
1. Help in interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
2. Assist with employee documentation and record-keeping
3. Support attendance tracking and internal communication
