About the Internship
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented finance intern to join our accounts and credit note team. The intern will support day-to-day accounting tasks, assist in processing credit notes, and ensure financial data is accurate and well-organized. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in core finance functions and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic business environment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in maintaining financial records, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliation.
2. Supporting the preparation and issuance of credit notes for returns, discounts, or overpayments.
3. Verifying sales returns, customer complaints, and approval memos before credit note processing.
4. Reconciling credit note transactions with sales and accounts receivable data.
5. Coordinating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
6. Maintaining organized and up-to-date documentation of all credit note and transaction records.
7. Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
8. Assisting in preparing reports related to credit notes, refunds, and adjustments.
