About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Escalation handling: Help partners resolve day to day escalations on candidate onboarding and payout related issues
2. Market visits: Conduct visits and meet partners in their office to build trust and stronger relationships, identify new opportunities to grow monthly placements.
3. Lead communication: Assist in initial outreach to potential leads by conducting demo calls in-person meetings
4. Proposal support: Collaborate with the sales team to create pitch decks and proposals tailored to client needs.
5. Data analysis: Analyze sales data to track lead progress and conversion rates, generating weekly reports.
6. Growth partner: Be a growth partner for new vendors by guiding them in team hiring, lead sourcing and productivity improvement
