About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Property acquisition: Identifying, contacting, and persuading property owners in Gurugram to list their properties exclusively on 360ghar.com.
2. On-site content creation: Visiting properties to record guided 360-degree video walkthroughs, capture professional photographs, and gather accurate property details (measurements, amenities, etc.).
3. Data & listing management: Writing compelling and accurate property descriptions and uploading all collected data and media to our platform in a timely manner.
4. Owner relationship management: Serving as the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
5. Lead generation: Actively researching and generating new leads for potential property listings within assigned territories.
